What's Coming in Spring and Summer 2011 | Wilmington, Ma Senior Photography

Now that the nice weather has arrived (finally!) Rare Photography is back on its feet, ready to run!  We are finishing up our 2nd full year of business and welcoming some fantastic changes around here.  Here are a few of the new adventures we're beginning this summer...

~ We're offering a local workshop for moms (and dads!) who are sick of using their $800 dSLR as a $200 point and shoot.  It's a 4 week course on how to use your camera in manual mode -- take control of your camera -- and in doing so, take better pictures of your babies!  Even if your babies walk on 4 legs and are covered in fur ;-)  For more information, and to sign up, please go [here]

~ We're launching a specialized senior portraits site!  Yep, we're diving headfirst into the high school senior market.  We're not talking "put on your cap and gown, turn and give me a cheesy smile" portraits, we're talking "get glam, rock out and show me your divatude" portraits.  Truly customized to your senior's personality, interests and style.  We're very excited about launching soon!  If you're interested in having your 2012 senior's portraits done with Rare Photography, now's the time!  The weather is nice, the calendar isn't full yet, and you'll be avoiding the last minute rush!  Call me ASAP  617.302.RARE (7273) to schedule your appointment.

~ We're also now accepting newborn portrait sessions!  We're in the portfolio building phase currently for newborns, but look forward to some cute, squishy little faces on our site soon!  If you're interested in your child being a newborn model for our portfolio, please email me at alana @ photographybyalanahawker.com (remove the spaces around the @).  We're accepting applications now for 1 girl, 1 boy, and 1 set of twins less than 14 days old.  If your application is accepted, you'll receive a free newborn session and 1-8x10 print.

~ As you can see, we've changed our site a bit!  A new logo, an upgraded blog, a little sprucing up here and there.  Do you like the changes?  Is there something you think we're missing?  Let us know!  We love hearing from you!

Are you ready for all these awesome new additions to Rare Photography?
